F I E B R E 2014: photobook fair in Madrid

Last fair of the year! That’s what is going to be FIEBRE, in Madrid the saturday 13th of November. The BLANK PAPER photography school photography is going to be the space where all is going to happen. Write down you time: from 11.30 to 23:00 and then… some party until… who knows!.

We are not going to be alone, more than 30 authors are going to be there showing their work, and 13 publishers are going to show their photobooks. Beside us, Ca l’Isidret Edicions, Cabeza de Chorlito, Caravanbook, Dalpine, Ediciones Anómalas, Editorial RM, Fuego Books, Ivorypress, Mestizo, PHREE, Pierre von Kleist and Riot Books. Other independent photographers are going to come on their own. Check the website and come to see us!

4th Annual Book Fair: Philadelphia

This month is crazy, not only for the weather, but for all the news arriving to the studio about our photozines. This time, “Natureza, Luz, Homem” from Carlos Cancela was selected to participate at the 4th Annual Book Fair in Philadelphia.

The Indie Photobook Library, in charge of this selection says: Selected from the permanent collection of the Indie Photobook Library by MICA photo students Emily Mason, Cameron Vaughan, and Brandon Eddy, these photobooks focus on zines, the curated group photobook, a look into interior mundane life, and the altered image.

Libros Mutantes 2013

A few days later, we noticed that some of Bad Weather stuff where on a picture in the digital version of EL PAÍS. The desk/stand was from Sandwich Mixto, a nice place you should visit if you go to Madrid! You can read the text (in spanish!) here.
